Do you need water or power at my place?
No. We bring our own water and power, so we can work in a driveway, a parking garage or an office lot.
How long does a detail take?
An Essential detail takes about 2 to 3 hours. Premium details take 4 to 6 hours. Paint correction and ceramic coating usually take a full day.
Why do prices change with vehicle size?
A three-row SUV has far more paint, carpet and glass than a coupe, so it takes longer. Pick your size in the pricing section to see your exact numbers.
Can my price change after you see the car?
Only if the car's condition is very different from the photos, like heavy pet hair or stains. If so, we tell you before starting, never after.
What's the difference between a sealant and a ceramic coating?
A sealant protects for a few months. A ceramic coating bonds to the paint and lasts years, makes washing much easier, and resists UV fading. Coatings go on after paint correction so the defects aren't locked in underneath.
What's your cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Do you offer recurring maintenance?
Yes. Ask us when you book and we'll set up a regular visit that keeps the car at its best between full details.
